PREAMBLE
In order to provide students of Silliman University with avenues for leadership development, democratic action, and service that transcend academic affiliations, wealth, social stature, religion, race, and other divisive factors, we hereby establish the Praetorians Fraternity/Sorority that will fulfill these objectives with the help of the Almighty God.
HAIL PRAETORIANS
The Praetorians Fraternity/Sorority was founded on May 17, 2004. It was the brainchild of 3 college students namely: Karl Ed Salvoro, Prime Paul Cepeda, and Zechariah Montecerin of Silliman University who, although total strangers to each other, pursued their dream of creating a liberal Fraternity/Sorority that promotes the ideals of R.A. 8049 (Anti-Hazing Law).
